John Hatfield
John brings 25+ years of banking experience spanning retail, business banking, commercial lending, and commercial underwriting — including a decade with major fintechs where he saw firsthand how technology reshapes lending operations. Prior to founding jwh Advisors, John served as Senior Credit Officer, giving him the credit discipline and portfolio-level perspective that informs every engagement. He has personally led 25+ implementations and optimizations of the Abrigo Sageworks LOS for community banks across the country. John holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from Lee University and is a Prosci-certified change practitioner. His dual expertise in credit and change management is what enables jwh Advisors to address both the technical and human sides of platform transformation.

Ian Croft
Ian brings over 40 years of experience working in and with the financial services industry — spanning commercial banking relationship management, learning and development leadership, performance coaching, and large-scale business transformation. His career includes senior roles at HSBC across the US and globally, including Head of L&D for Payments and Cash Management and Head of L&D for Commercial Banking North America. He has also served as Director of Business Consulting and Director of Prosci Advisory Services, bringing institutional-grade change management methodology to jwh Advisors. Ian holds a BA in Banking and Financial Services, an MBA, and is both a Prosci-certified change management professional and an executive coach. His career has been focused on enabling people to thrive through challenging transitions — from core banking system upgrades to cultural change across complex organizations.
Digital Transformation Lead
Nick Catti
Nick brings 12 years of retail and commercial banking experience across multiple departments, giving him a practitioner's understanding of how lending operations actually function inside a community bank. As a former Abrigo implementation consultant, Nick has led or contributed to 50+ Sageworks LOS implementations — making him one of the most experienced Abrigo deployment professionals in the market. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Birmingham-Southern College and a Bachelor of Business Administration and Management from Florida Gulf Coast University. His combination of bank-side operational knowledge and deep platform expertise means he doesn't just configure the system. He configures it in a way that works for the people who use it every day.
Implementation Lead
Lexi Strayer
Lexi brings seven years of banking experience spanning sales, credit operations, and system administration — a combination that gives her both the operational perspective of a frontline banker and the technical depth of a platform administrator. She served as the Abrigo Sageworks LOS administrator at a $6B financial institution, managing the day-to-day configuration, governance, and operational stewardship that keeps a lending platform performing at scale. Lexi holds a Bachelor of Finance from Ball State University's Miller College of Business. Her bank-side administrative experience is what makes jwh Advisors' fractional admin offering credible — she's done the work internally that our retainer clients are asking us to do.
